We are looking for a seasoned UX Designer with 7-10 years of experience who can lead the design
and development of user-centric products that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Job Description:
As a UX Designer at ServCrust, you will be responsible for driving the user experience strategy
and design across multiple projects. You will collaborate closely with product managers,
developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of top-tier digital experiences. Your
expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design will be crucial in
creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces.

Responsibilities:

Lead UX Design: Take ownership of the UX design process, from concept to final implementation, ensuring the highest standards of design quality.

User Research: Conduct and analyze user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points, and translate insights into actionable design solutions.

Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

Visual Design: Work closely with UI designers to ensure the final product aligns with the overall visual design strategy and brand guidelines.

Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing to validate design choices and iteratively improve the user experience.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure a unified design approach.

Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital products.

Stakeholder Communication: Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders based on solid user-centered design principles and data-driven insights.

Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of

continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

Experience: 7-10 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your

expertise in creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.

Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Certifications

• UX certification (e.g., NN/g, HFI) is a plus.
